兼務:大学院 環境学研究科 都市環境学専攻 建築学系,工学部 環境土木・建築学科
建築構造を専門としており,大学院生,博士研究員として所属した大学では,鉄筋コンクリート造骨組,鋼構造骨組,基礎構造に関する構造実験,数値解析に取り組みました。防災科学技術研究所では,E-Defense(実大三次元震動破壊実験施設)に基づく超高層建物の調査開発研究,高耐震コンクリート系建物の調査開発研究に従事しました。超高層建物に対する耐震性評価と補強対策,および施工性・経済性に優れた高耐震構法の開発と設計法の構築を主要なテーマとし,分野間連携・社会連携・国際連携を大切にしつつ,耐震工学研究に地道に取り組んで行きます(環境学と私)。
